I had the same requirement as you and found no open source WYSIWYG Swing HTML
editors that fit my requirements.
So, I decided to write my own (with some help from Charles Bell's HTMLEditor
and Kafenio.editor).
It's called:
http://www.metaphaseeditor.com Metaphase Editor
And the source and binaries are available at
http://kenai.com/projects/metaphaseeditor Project Kenai
Any suggestions/bug reports are welcome.
