Close NetBeans.



Please open your




Code:
%HOMEPATH%/.netbeans/6.x/config/Templates





folder and (re)move the content.



Open NetBeans and test to create new files.

I'm having the same problem and don't know how to fix this. I've searched everywhere on google and some people are having the same problem, but never a solution.

Thanks everyone. I found a quick fix for this on an obscure thread. I deleted the AppleScriptEngine.jar file from the folder /System/Library/Java/Extensions and the problem went away.
