Admin pwd for bundled Tomcat and Java App Server

What is the user/pwd for the admin console for the bundled Tomcat and Java App Server that Netbeans installs?
I forgot and can not get in.
It is whatever Netbeans created it as.

Locate the users file in (this is for version 5.5):
USER_DIRECTORY\.netbeans\5.5\apache-tomcat-5.5.17_base\conf\tomcat-users.xml

This is the file that contains usernames, passwords (in plain text) and
role assignments.

I don't run the Sun App Server but I have a feeling it may be a similar
setup.

The default values for user/password for Sun Java System Application
server is admin/adminadmin .
