Hi,

This tutorial tells you how to build a JSF application usoing Netbeans:
http://www.netbeans.org/kb/60/web/intro.html

Can you please tell me how can I switch to use ICEFace components
instead of Woodstock?

Thank you.

Go here:

http://www.icefaces.org/main/home/index.jsp

and click on "NetBeans 6.0 Integration". There's a download link there
that leads to

http://www.icefaces.org/main/downloads/os-downloads.iface

(you may have to register at some point along the way). Download
ICEfaces-1.6.2-libs-NetBeans6.zip, extract, and install the .nbm (in
NetBeans, Tools / Plugins, Downloaded, Add Plugins).

Then download ICEfaces-NetBeans6-IDE-v3.0.0.1.zip and do the same.

Then take ICEfaces-1.6.2-complib-NetBeans.zip, but this time, after
extracting it, select Tools / Component Libraries, Import, and browse
for the .complib file. When it opens, it should show a large list of
components.

Now you are ready to write an ICEfaces app, because when you select File
/ New Project, then Web / Web Application, you should see another option
when you get to the Frameworks panel: Visual Web ICEfaces.
