Hi all,

I'm in a big trouble, I accidentally deleted a Java project, a big project in which I spent time and efforts to code, Really sad for that [Crying or Very sad] ? I just contact you looking for solutions, maybe Netbeans IDE 6.8 has a temporary storage of it's projects, even if it's not, I'll be very appreciate if you provide me with an external solution to restore my project folder :( .

I'll be very happy :) if you help me to bring back my project.

Insufficient information.

What OS?
How did you delete it?
What have you done on the system since then?
Have you tried to use whatever undelete facility the OS offers?
(If it was Windows, look in the trash folders, if you deleted it from the
Explorer window.)
(If you deleted it from inside NB, then unless you want to spend time and
money of data recovery services, or you know someone with forensic talents,
then you've lost it)

No, NB doesn't cache the actual project.

Painful lesson, I know, but always use a CVS store for your projects, if
they are more than one or two lines. Or at least some sort of backup.

I tried to restore the project using different ways, I tried a lot of restoring software such as Recover my Files, Recuva, EASEUS Data Recovery but nothing did the purpose ,coz I deleted the project using after-Recycle Bin deleting (namely: by pressing Shift+Del keys),

Believe me Tony, After failing to restore ma project, I decided to redo it from zero, yes from zero, and that took from me two couples of days in closed-working and I found it very easier than the first time (That what we call: the experience [Wink] ) as it's a habit not anymore an new achievement,
but whatever, I'm wondering how to bring it back coz nothing goes out of the hard disk if it's not replaced by another data, so I'll answer your questions:

What OS?
Window 7.

How did you delete it?
Delete the folder of the project from within the C:/blabla/NetbeansProject/ProjectName.

What have you done on the system since then?
Nothing but opening new projects and get started with.

Have you tried to use whatever undelete facility the OS offers?
(If it was Windows, look in the trash folders, if you deleted it from the
Explorer window.)
No, it's completely deleted from the trash.

Thanks for the support.
Best regards.
