Does anybody know is it possible to install Groovy plugin http://groovy.codehaus.org/NetBeans+Plugin in a stable Netbeans build (latest release) ?

While I'm trying to install it in NetBeans IDE 6.1 (Build 200805300101) I got the following error:

You don't need to install Groovy if you use a 6.5 build.

Thanks, but I have to use stable release, not beta.

6.5. is still beta.

Is there any way to install the Groovy plugin in NetBeans 6.1 ?
